2.Drum malting system

The drum malting system is specially designed for the craft brewing/distilling industry. Our drum malting system is well made and the entire malting line is controlled by PLC. Fully automatic control system ensures good drainage, good ventilation and uniform malt temperature, the kiln temperature can reach 130°C (265°F), so you can produce some craft malts. It will help you to produce highly consistent products. It will allow you to collaborate with brewers/distillers and store “recipes” specific to their requirements. It can be fully cleaned weekly, allowing you to quickly change batch characteristics and maximize product variety. This system has cooperated with COFCO Group which is one of the top 10 in the industry as well as one of the world's top 500 companies, and has been put into production.
